Senior Project Manager, Creative (Fixed Term Contract)

8-10 years of experience. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex content projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong client-facing experience with ability to lead strategic conversations. Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus. Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills (written, visual, and conceptual). Strong understanding of video production workflows, multimedia tools, and online development techniques. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience. Calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and prioritizing demands. Commitment to upholding FIRST’s vision, mission, values, and goals.

Serve as primary lead on content projects from brief to delivery. Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, and freelance resources. Lead client communications and ensure alignment. Partner with Director, Creative Studio for resource forecasting and staffing. Develop, monitor, and maintain project timelines. Lead financial oversight for content projects. Guide creative development of multimedia & content projects. Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiations. Own and manage the post-production process. Partner with Event Management team to integrate video deliverables. Provide senior oversight on-site. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and production partners. Contribute to Content Team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
