Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Systems Engineer 2+ years of hands-on experience running production environments in AWS Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, or similar) Scripting experience with Bash and/or Python Solid understanding of deployment strategies, testing frameworks, and system state management Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern build systems Strong communication skills in English Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments Availability to collaborate synchronously during core hours (EST)
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.) Support developers and product teams by troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues Enforce and promote security best practices Contribute to technical decision-making Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering Leads to implement technical specifications Lead or support small teams on specific projects or initiatives Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support team members’ professional growth
