4+ years of experience as DevOps/SRE Strong focus on Infrastructure-as-Code and Kubernetes 1+ years of experience in blockchain / crypto engineering Strong understanding of Proof-of-Stake and validator operations Hands-on experience running validator nodes Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Clear communication and confident technical decision-making Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Perform technical due diligence on new protocols Own the end-to-end integration of new protocols Configure and run validator nodes from testnet to mainnet Deploy and operate high-availability validator nodes infrastructures Actively contribute to IaC improvements (observability, monitoring, scaling, security, incident response) Act as the technical expert for protocol domains Promote best practices for validator operations Participate in Kiln’s protocol adoption strategy
