Senior Stock Plan Administrator

5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in global stock administration with a global public company or stock plan provider. Proven experience working with Morgan Stanley Shareworks strongly preferred. The ability to navigate ambiguity, identify root causes of complex issues, and implement solutions. Self-motivated, flexible, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to complete tasks with high accuracy and minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, combining flexibility with a collaborative, team approach to work. Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills. Strong work ethic, capable of working independently to proactively identify and solve problems. Mobile employee taxation knowledge is a plus. Completion of 1+ CEP test a plus.

Accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of global stock plans. Oversee the integrity and architecture of the global equity administration platform (Shareworks). Facilitate global equity payroll reporting, annual filings, and international tax compliance. Build for scale by leveraging generative AI and automation tools to design repeatable systems. Assist in preparing high-level insights and predictive analytics for Executive audiences. Effectively communicate with employees about equity compensation programs. Manage the full lifecycle of equity transactions (grants, releases, exercises). Perform SOX control procedures and maintain meticulous document trails.
