Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or technical discipline 5 years relevant experience Proficient working with D365, PowerApps, and Power BI Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Expert communication and client management skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Flexible, able to adapt to different customer groups and expectations Experience working in and with cross-functional teams Outcome-oriented approach focused on delivering value to end users backed by measurable, data-driven results U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows Build reports, dashboards, and views Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities Design, configure, test and deploy changes to database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards Develop and enhance high-quality code for full-lifecycle applications Manage D365 security protocols Share knowledge and expertise with team members Collaborate on development, testing, and automation Aid in requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues Dynamics 365 issues Develop and disseminate documentation on platform usage Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements Contribute to improving processes and policies Peer review code written by other ETL Developers Ensure solutions are appropriately configured, available, and accessible for users
