Fluent in English language (Read, Speak and Write) Fluent in Khmer language (Read, Speak and Write) Entry Level, no qualification needed, only good language speaking skill Willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift) Own a mobile phone with IOS 15 and above or Android 12 and above Own a laptop Entitled to 2 days off in a week (rotates any day) Willing to work on public holiday (24/7 operation)

Enable communication between persons speaking different languages. Properly translate dialogue between the caller and emergency operator. Deliver the message in the caller's preferred language and ensure mutual understanding.
