7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst Experience with medium to large-scale cross-functional systems in an international context Strong client engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills Experience working within project frameworks (e.g., Prince2, PMI) Strong understanding of UML diagrams, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and SDLC processes Familiarity with administrative and/or health data domains is a plus Excellent command of English (C1 or higher) University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field At least two relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, UML Professional, BPM 2 Fundamental Certification) Ability to deliver requirements and documentation independently Experience in Agile, design thinking, and iterative feedback cycles Proactive, analytical, and collaborative in diverse and distributed environments Experience in UN/international organizations or similar public sector environments
