2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or BI Development Solid knowledge of Power BI: dashboards, DAX, RLS, gateways, performance tuning Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases Python proficiency for data automation, scripting, and API handling Familiarity with building and optimizing data pipelines Familiarity with building and optimizing data lakes Strong analytical thinking Attention to detail Business-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+)

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards Manage Power BI user access, refresh schedules, and gateways Implement data privacy and performance optimization in Power BI Write and optimize SQL scripts Automate reporting and data workflows using Python, Power Query Build API-based scripts Create systems for automated streaming and real-time data processing Analyze business processes Test hypotheses Prepare ad-hoc reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve reporting Provide Power BI support Improve existing reports based on user feedback Maintain proper documentation
