Requirements
- Familiarity and/or proficiency with the use of Function Keys is recommended.
- Exhibit outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
- Display patience, empathy, ability to manage stress, and ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and verbal communication.
- 40 GB of available hard drive space (60 GB total).
- 16 GB of RAM.
- Windows 10 or 11 Operating System.
- Hard-Wired Internet Connection (not wireless) with minimum 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.
- Maximum Latency Threshold: 50 ms.
- Monitor Recommendation: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p).
- Dual Monitors Required.
- USB 3.0 Port Required for USB headsets.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with transportation to and from appointments.
- Resolve issues with previous appointments.
- Handle transportation recovery for failed scheduled trips.
- Assist with benefits eligibility.
- Maneuver through client system using function keys for accurate processing.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve transportation and eligibility issues.
- Complete client-provided training (3 weeks, unpaid).
