Full-Stack Engineer

5–10+ years building production-grade full-stack applications. Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend systems (Rails or Node preferred). Strong SQL fundamentals. Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into clean user experiences and well-structured systems. Comfortable owning 0→1 features, working with evolving requirements, and shipping quickly without sacrificing stability. Understanding of secure data handling, role-based access, audit logging, and healthcare/fintech compliance considerations. Experience partnering with product, design, implementation, and operations teams.

Build and own production features across our stack (Next.js, React, Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS). Architect data models, API endpoints, and internal tools that power financing workflows. Work closely with design and implementation teams to translate complex clinical + financial workflows into simple, high-leverage product experiences. Implement best-in-class security, reliability, and compliance patterns for healthcare and financial data. Partner with ML/AI engineers to integrate predictive models into treatment and financing flows. Raise the bar for engineering quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and mentorship. Help lay the foundation for Endeavor’s long-term technical architecture as we scale into multiple products and customer types.
