Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in application performance monitoring tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with observability tools and industry, OpenTelemetry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Provide feedback for marketing material
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials
- Use customer feedback and market research to inform marketing and sales materials
- Ensure marketing and sales materials are consistent with brand guidelines
