Senior Consultant, Digital Forensic and Incident Response (DFIR) (Remote)

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, related degree, industry certifications, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in common digital forensic artifacts and tools (ELK, Axiom, Encase, FTK, Open-Source, etc.). Professional experience with network analysis and intrusion detection tools. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Eagerness to mentor and share knowledge.

Contribute to client-facing incident response engagements. Conduct advanced forensic analysis including malware analysis and reverse engineering. Lead forensic investigations on small to medium engagements. Provide mentorship to less experienced team members. Identify, articulate, and explain attack vectors, threat tactics, and attacker techniques. Convey complex forensic findings to stakeholders. Provide supporting evidence for written reports. Collaborate with teams to refine incident response processes. Engage in research and development for forensic tools and techniques. Contribute to internal process development. Provide after-hours (on-call/weekend rotational) support.
