Strong experience with CRO, funnel optimisation, and experimentation methodologies. Comfortable modeling financial impact of funnel changes. High comfort with data analysis and decision-making using quantitative evidence. Experience working within e-commerce or DTC, ideally on Shopify. Ability to clearly communicate product strategy, priorities, and trade-offs. Excellent collaboration skills across marketing, design, and engineering. Experience defining and launching dynamic or personalised customer experiences (nice to have). Experience with Generative AI Optimisation (GAIO) (nice to have).
