Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field. At least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and leading creative teams. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms. Excellent understanding of branding, graphic design principles, and marketing best practices. Solid project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing work (digital and print). Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for creativity and staying ahead of industry trends. Exposure to or experience with the public health field is highly desired.
