Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field. At least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and leading creative teams. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms. Excellent understanding of branding, graphic design principles, and marketing best practices. Solid project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing work (digital and print). Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for creativity and staying ahead of industry trends. Exposure to or experience with the public health field is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
Lead development of high-quality visual assets for digital and print media. Maintain and evolve brand identity and ensure consistent application. Manage the design process from concept to execution. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers. Support design and layout for business development and proposal collaterals. Oversee content creation for marketing campaigns. Ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized. Collaborate to create and manage a content calendar. Develop and execute external communications and marketing strategies. Oversee creation, implementation, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns. Update and manage BME’s online presence (website, LinkedIn, etc.). Work closely with cross-functional teams. Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies. Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports to senior management. Use data insights to continuously optimize strategies. Allocate resources effectively for projects. Track expenditures and adjust strategies. Support client work when surge capacity is needed.
