Accounting Technology Services (ATS) Senior Consultant

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, CIS or related area. Minimum of 3 years of Sage Intacct implementation experience. Minimum of 1 year of Sage Intacct implementation project management experience. Experience with Sage Intacct Budgeting and Planning, Martus Software, Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is ideal. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively. Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to explain Sage Intacct features through presentations. Effective communication skills. Ability to handle complex topics and varied audiences diplomatically. Active listening and discussion skills. Strong customer service mindset.

Manage Sage Intacct software implementation projects. Provide proactive client consulting, project planning, and leadership. Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Document processes, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct client business process reviews and prepare solution designs. Provide guidance to implementation teams. Develop financial and operational reports. Conduct end-user training. Import and validate historical data. Provide customer service and support. Develop internal expertise and knowledge base in Sage Intacct. Assist with internal process and documentation improvement. Identify and recommend strategic initiatives.
