Principal, NetSuite Consultant (Remote)

Minimum 5 years experience as NetSuite Consultant. Advanced knowledge across all core NetSuite modules (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, CRM, Design to Build, Marketing to ROI, Case Management). Proficiency in at least 4 specialized NetSuite modules (Project to Cash, WIP & Routing, Fixed Assets, FSM, WMS, Demand Planning/MRP, Quality Management, SuiteBilling). Experience working with Partner Solutions (RF Smart, NetGain, Zone, Celigo, SPS Commerce, Blue Collar or Full Clarity). Advanced Workflow Design and Development. Advanced Saved Search capabilities. Experience with custom fields, custom records, subrecords, custom transaction types. Advanced PDF Customization. Understanding of scripting requirements and ability to communicate them to development resources. Understanding of integrations (iPAAS solutions, direct API connections, field mapping, database schema). Strong soft skills including active listening, problem-solving, project management, leadership, conflict resolution, sales support, and professional communication.

Act as a principal delivery consultant. Contribute to presales solution architecture. Engage with clients and lead solution discussions. Shape demos and respond to RFPs. Tailor solutions to client needs. Lead technical architecture decisions. Mentor junior consultants.
