Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Serve as a supportive operational point of contact with the client Pre-sales – brand analysis and Veradigm data analysis Manage clients – Activate, Support, Adopt Serve as information conductor through sales, implementation, and maintenance Liaise with AdOps for campaign management and sales for campaign performance Develop subject matter expertise in EHR, Digital Health Media, Programmatic Advertising, Agencies and BipPharma stakeholders Identifies opportunities for and ensures execution of solution optimizations, workflow best practices, educational opportunities Monitor and share observations regarding client interaction and management Identifies and grows reference accounts Drives client prioritization with escalated issues in support
