Senior Data Scientist (Power Systems)

3+ years of experience specifically in electrical or power systems operations, with a focus on data centers, utilities, or mission-critical infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience in electrical engineering, power systems engineering, energy systems, data center operations or a related technical discipline. Strong understanding of power quality, load balancing, redundant distribution, harmonics, fault detection, and protective relaying principles. Passion for problem solving and using scalable solutions to solve repeat problems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain complex domain specific concepts to non-domain experts. Develop electrical system ontology for data centers for AI & LLM use. Monitor system telemetry to detect early signs of equipment degradation.
