Managing Director of Client Accounting and CFO Advisory Services

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 10+ years of experience in outsourced client accounting or CFO advisory. 5+ years in a leadership capacity leading scalability. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strategic financial guidance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong familiarity with Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint, or Ajera. Deep understanding of AE industry challenges and opportunities. CPA and/or MBA, a plus.

Develop and execute strategic vision for Client Accounting and CFO Advisory Services practices. Lead and mentor accounting professional teams specializing in Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint and Ajera. Oversee outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and CFO advisory services delivery. Drive scalability by strengthening on and offshore delivery teams, improving processes, identifying new service opportunities, and expanding market presence in AE industry. Leverage automation, AI tools, and ERP platforms to enhance service delivery and generate actionable client insights.
