Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, curriculum and instruction, education (with a focus on curriculum and instruction), or equivalent field and at least 3 years of experience OR 10 years of education and experience in adult instruction to include ISD application, job task analyses, curriculum design, course materials, training evaluation systems and instruments, and instructing/facilitating adult learners. Certification to instruct and administer at least one psychometric test (e.g., Four Lenses, MBTI, TKI, FIRO-B) within 180 days of hire. Application of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and ADDIE. Expert analytical, communication, and research skills for Job task analysis. Successful track record of creating and delivering engaging course materials for both classroom and online instruction. Knowledge of training evaluation systems and instruments, such as Kirkpatrick's approach. Experience facilitating classroom training for adult learners. Professional instructional presence with National Guard personnel. Effective communication with Government and contractor leadership. Judgment appropriate to delivering training in regulated, policy-driven environments. Ability to manage regional training activities and maintain training quality standards. Experience specifically related to military and family readiness programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power Point, Excel, Word. Working knowledge of software authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate, Presenter or Moodle). Must possess a valid Driver’s License and ability to drive a rental car. Favorable Tier 1 background investigation (NACI), with CAC eligibility if required. US Citizen.
