Web3 DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer

5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure role. Experience with blockchain protocols and distributed systems. Strong expertise in deploying and maintaining systems using tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins. Proficient in monitoring and observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools. Skilled in scripting (e.g., Bash) and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Strong awareness of cybersecurity best practices in cloud and blockchain contexts. Fluent in English.

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and other IaC tools. Lead the development and evolution of our internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). Build and maintain high-quality CI/CD pipelines for rapid, safe, and fully automated deployments across various blockchain networks. Ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency of infrastructure through monitoring and continuous optimization. Apply cloud-native security best practices and manage containerized workloads using Docker/Kubernetes in production environments. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
