Financial Operations Specialist

2+ years of accounting, financial operations, or high-volume transactional experience. Broad understanding of financial processes (cash application, transaction reconciliation, A/R, A/P). Experience with ERPs or financial platforms including NetSuite. Advanced spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer-service mindset. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proactive, process-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

Process and apply cash receipts, payouts, and other financial transactions. Prepare and maintain reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve open items. Support accurate accounting of creator payouts, vendor payments, and other transactions. Serve as a point of contact for financial operations inquiries. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, or system errors. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational accuracy. Lead or support cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives. Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
