Requirements:
5+ years of partnership, alliances, enterprise, or channel sales experience. Experience and relationships with major System Integrators and/or Hyperscalers. Track record of consistent quota attainment or overachievement. Strong technical sales background, with the ability to demo and drive product-led sales. Strong ability to train and educate users on the value proposition of Arize. Knowledgeable in AI and its software ecosystem (e.g., understands Linear Regression vs. Boosted Trees). Comfortable writing a proof of concept RAG Python application running Docker locally. Comfortable explaining the nuances of deploying a production-grade SAM CV service across several AZs. Knowledgeable about the industry and best practices in GenAI and traditional ML. Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their managed Kubernetes services. Knowledge of network architecture and application deployment strategies. Strong communication skills: clearly and objectively communicate observations from the field, manage partnerships forward, empathize and tailor messages. Quick and self-learner: self-starter, comfortable in limited process environments, fast-paced. Team player: collaboration with peers and other organizations is critical.
Responsibilities:
Own partnerships: network, sell, partner, and close. Research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors, establishing executive relationships. Drive territory and account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting. Prospect and develop relationships within the Arize partner ecosystem. Execute co-marketing events, activities, and content creation. Manage the alliance development lifecycle and optimize partnerships. Collaborate with internal departments for seamless partner and customer experience. Build relationships with SI and hyperscaler business and technical stakeholders. Lead product demonstrations and conduct technical workshops. Handle technical objections and develop strategies to unblock them. Provide technical leadership and guidance in AI/ML, including troubleshooting. Support and educate partners to grow their Arize competency. Develop use cases and deliver joint go-to-market programs with partners. Train potential partners on how to use and sell the product.
