Experience modernizing legacy SQL Server BI solutions (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) into cloud-native AWS Medallion architectures. Proficiency in architecting scalable data models using Iceberg, Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda. Experience with SSAS multidimensional cubes analysis and cloud-native analytical cube design. Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, quality, governance, and orchestration layers. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management for data workloads. Understanding of data governance, security policies, and compliance standards. Proven people leadership and development skills. Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management. Champion observability practices for cloud data systems. Ensure adherence to data governance, lineage, security policies, and compliance standards. Set and articulate clear team and individual goals aligned with company objectives. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members. Facilitate seamless cross-department collaboration and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
