Requirements:
Completed studies or comparable education/experience in software development, computer science, or IT consulting. Fluent German for communication with clients and team. 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development or with Symfony/Laravel. Ideally experience in complex project landscapes. Basic knowledge in cloud (AWS, Azure, Google), CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code. Enjoy systematic further development of existing systems. Enjoy accompanying software projects over multiple iterations. Enjoy learning new things and acquiring certifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop complex solutions primarily with PHP. Support team in adjacent stacks like C#/.NET or Angular. Take over delivery responsibility and make architectural decisions. Accompany cloud migrations. Ensure code quality through reviews and tests. Automate deployments via GitHub Actions to the cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Communicate directly with customers. Lead workshops. Ensure clean knowledge transfer within the team.
