Experience in Flutter development with a strong understanding of architecture, state management, and best practices. German language proficiency at C1 level for effective project communication. Understanding of mobile application lifecycle, app store processes, and CI/CD setups (e.g., CodeMagic) or willingness to learn. Solid architectural understanding and enjoyment of creating reusable, maintainable solutions. Experience collaborating with QA, design, and backend teams. Interest in modern UI concepts and continuous skill development in Flutter, other mobile frameworks, or web frontends.

Develop modern mobile applications with Flutter, from architecture to new features and API integration. Ensure clean, testable, and performant code that integrates into existing systems. Actively contribute to app project development, including UX ideas and technical implementation. Understand the full lifecycle of mobile apps, including development, build, release, and app store deployment. Work with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CodeMagic) for automated deployments and efficient releases. Focus on stability, performance, and maintainability post-launch. Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and QA to create robust solutions. Participate actively in code reviews and share knowledge with the team. Contribute own ideas for improvements in quality, maintainability, and user experience. Leverage experience with other mobile frameworks (React Native, Ionic, Native) if applicable.
