Engineering at CarOnSale

As an engineer at CarOnSale, you will build scalable backend services for a new greenfield product, making key architectural and technical decisions. The team uses Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript, backed by PostgreSQL. You will define APIs, implement infrastructure, and establish CI/CD pipelines. AI-assisted engineering is a core practice; you'll leverage modern AI tools to enhance development speed and quality. This means writing effective prompts and critically evaluating AI outputs. You'll solve complex challenges, owning features from concept to deployment, in a modern engineering environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
