Requirements:
3+ years of experience in development with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Fluent in German and English for communication with DACH customers. Proven experience building multiple Canvas Apps and ideally Copilot Agents. Strong knowledge in scripting and automating administrative tasks (PowerShell). Experience with Azure Services (Logic Apps & Azure Functions). Good knowledge of integrating SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Certifications like "Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant" are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Automate complex business processes with Power Automate and integrate with SharePoint and Teams. Develop and implement custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven). Build and configure Copilot Agents for process automation and AI-driven support. Continuously optimize existing solutions and provide troubleshooting and support for the Power Platform. Conduct workshops and training for IT teams and create documentation. Script and automate tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and JSON/REST API. Integrate and utilize Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Automation) to extend the Power Platform.
