Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher 2+ years sales experience in Admissions consulting sales, college counseling sales, sales coaching, or other high-ticket sales Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport with students and families from diverse backgrounds Excellent presentation skills and relationship-building abilities Access to a reliable internet connection and a workspace with minimal noise/distraction Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Hubspot or other CRM tools Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to explain educational services offered clearly and impactfully Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience with meeting revenue goals Experience in the college preparation service industry
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients through various outreach methods Build and maintain strong customer relationships for high satisfaction Address and follow up on client concerns in a timely manner Keep instructors informed of client concerns impacting student/parent experience Follow up with clients on incomplete enrollment steps Maintain records of client interactions Conduct meetings with prospective clients to highlight program features, pricing, and value Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings Maintain detailed records of outreach, leads, interactions, and sales activities Engage with leads through school partnerships, counselor contacts, and webinar events Engage in community outreach via social media, parent associations, and school mailing lists Track outbound leads from website and social media Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals Gather feedback and testimonials from past clients Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics)
