Admissions Sales Consultant (FT) Remote - AL

Bachelor's degree or higher 2+ years sales experience in Admissions consulting sales, college counseling sales, sales coaching, or other high-ticket sales preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport with students and families from diverse backgrounds Excellent presentation skills and relationship-building abilities Access to a reliable internet connection and a workspace with minimal noise/distraction Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Hubspot or other CRM tools Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to explain educational services offered clearly Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience with meeting revenue goals Experience in the college preparation service industry

Identify and engage prospective clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships Address and follow up on client concerns Keep instructors informed of client concerns Follow up with clients not completing enrollment steps Maintain records of client interactions Conduct meetings with prospective clients Understand customer needs and recommend services Stay up to date on industry trends Maintain detailed records of outreach, leads, and sales activities Identify and engage with leads through school partnerships, counselors, and webinars Engage in community outreach Track outbound leads Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals Gather feedback and testimonials from past clients Collaborate with internal teams
