Manage end-to-end claims handling for assigned files, including advice, negotiation, documentation, agreement, and settlement. Lead market communication and engagement on claims matters. Prepare, submit, and agree claims documentation and financial entries via ECF/CLASS and other market platforms. Oversee and support aggregates reporting, bordereaux, and financial reconciliation. Facilitate payment instructions. Respond to and resolve complex queries. Produce management information, trends, reporting, and analysis. Collaborate with Central Operations teams to support process improvements.
