Active Mantle advocate in the Japanese community in the past 6 months Demonstrate interest in web3, L2 scaling, digital communities, and ecosystem development Strong communication skills in Japanese (native) and English (working proficiency preferred) Exhibit curiosity, initiative, ownership, and a willingness to explore new concepts Can operate in a remote, distributed environment while managing time effectively Eager to contribute creatively to strategize, and execute in content, campaign, and community growth Must be available 15 hours/week for three months Must commit to a formal intern agreement with Mantle

Translation (JP ⇄ EN) Create long-form content for the Japan market Provide editorial support for ecosystem updates, product explainers, and community education Manage and support the community Host JP Twitter Spaces/Live sessions Support offline events and meetups Assist with community video creation and storytelling Contribute to culture-building efforts within Japan Coordinate campaigns with eco-partners Execute community social campaigns and bounty activations Manage campaign promotion channels Support partnership-based initiatives Contribute directly to ecosystem, community, and growth initiatives Work cross-functionally with Mantle teams, partners, creators, and community leaders Participate in team meetings, planning discussions, and project review sessions Research, propose, and implement initiatives tailored to the Japanese web3 audience Assist in improving operational processes, documentation, and workflow tools Present outcomes to Mantle leaders and community stakeholders
