Lead or assist with Deltek Ajera implementations, including system setup, configuration, and customization Ensure seamless integration of Ajera with existing client systems and business processes Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows, business requirements, and goals Assess client needs and recommend tailored Ajera-based solutions Coordinate with internal SN project teams, including developing and executing project plans to ensure client success Adopt SN tools and processes to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery Conduct training sessions to enable client teams to effectively use Ajera Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance Analyze client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency Develop and implement best practices for project management and accounting procedures Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and strategic guidance Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their investment in Deltek Ajera
