Staff Engineer - Golang / PHP

8+ years of engineering experience. 2+ years in Staff+, Tech Lead, or equivalent senior IC roles. Proven ability to design, evolve, and scale complex distributed systems. Experience driving architectural initiatives in fast-paced product organizations. Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain modeling. Strong hands-on proficiency in PHP or Golang. Demonstrated influence across multiple teams without formal authority. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working in English.

Own key architectural decisions within Ankorstore's domains. Translate long-term architecture strategy into practical designs. Drive adoption of modular, API-first, event-driven, and data-centric design patterns. Contribute hands-on to complex technical components and critical projects. Debug and resolve systemic issues across services, infrastructure, and data flows. Coach Senior Engineers and elevate their architectural thinking. Promote best engineering practices. Partner with Product, Data, and Platform leaders. Explore new technologies and push prototypes for leverage. Identify long-term opportunities for foundation improvements.
