Staff Engineer - Golang / PHP

8+ years of engineering experience. 2+ years in Staff+, Tech Lead, or equivalent senior IC roles. Proven ability to design, evolve, and scale complex distributed systems. Experience driving architectural initiatives in fast-paced product organizations. Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain modeling. Strong hands-on proficiency in Golang or PHP. Demonstrated influence across multiple teams without formal authority. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working in English.

Own key architectural decisions and ensure alignment with company tech vision. Translate architecture strategy into practical designs for squads. Drive adoption of modular, API-first, event-driven, and data-centric design patterns. Contribute hands-on to complex technical components and mission-critical projects. Debug and resolve systemic issues across services and infrastructure. Champion performance, scalability, and reliability. Coach Senior Engineers and elevate their architectural thinking. Promote best engineering practices. Partner with Product, Data, and Platform leaders to build coherent solutions. Explore technologies and push prototypes for leverage. Identify opportunities to improve foundations and reduce complexity.
