Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related technical discipline. 2–6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or product analysis within a software company. Experience working with enterprise procurement, supplier management, or ERP platforms (e.g., Coupa, Oracle, SAP HANA/ECC, Workday). Experience delivering B2B SaaS products in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies. Exceptional communication skills. Strong analytical and structured thinking. Project management abilities. Business and technical acumen. Autonomy and judgment. Experience in supplier information management, procurement solutions, or workflow-driven enterprise applications. Familiarity with API-driven architecture and integrations. Hands-on experience with analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
Understand and prioritize user needs through engagement with engineering, SMEs, and customer-facing teams. Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements. Break down business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria. Serve as the primary owner of the product backlog. Write high-quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog items based on strategic goals, customer value, and technical constraints. Refine requirements and ensure feasibility with Engineering and UX. Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives). Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and approve stories for release. Support release planning with documentation, enablement materials, and internal communication. Partner with QA to ensure test coverage and resolve release issues. Assist in training on new product capabilities. Monitor feature adoption and provide post-release analysis. Track KPIs related to product usage, performance, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
