3–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in high-volume or sales recruiting. Proven success hitting hiring and pipeline targets in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Sales-first mindset—you understand urgency, competition, and what drives sales performers. Exceptional sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines across multiple markets and levels. Experience using ATS systems and CRM tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby). Highly organized, goal-driven, and comfortable owning ambitious quotas. Natural communicator who can influence candidates and hiring partners with confidence and speed.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of sales roles with speed and precision. Source proactively through multiple channels, bringing in top-tier, goal-oriented talent. Build and maintain strong pipelines to stay ahead of hiring demands and minimize time-to-fill. Partner with sales leadership to understand quarterly targets and align recruiting strategies. Maintain constant visibility into recruiting metrics and use data to drive decisions. Keep candidates engaged and excited, ensuring a first-class experience from outreach to offer. Streamline processes, experiment with tools, and remove bottlenecks to hit hiring goals faster.
