Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar. At least 2+ years of Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success experience. Strong relationship builder with experience growing accounts. Comfortable discussing financial performance with OEMs, dealer principals or accountants. Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written). Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Legally authorised to work in Spain.
Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of OEM and dealer accounts to drive new revenue, expansion, upsell, and cross-sell. Prospect, open new doors, and build a pipeline of opportunities. Build strong senior relationships with customer stakeholders. Lead business reviews with franchises and dealers. Visit customers to uncover unmet needs and gather market intelligence. Partner with internal teams to shape solutions. Support new product rollouts and pilot programs. Manage renewals, contract discussions, and service scope. Contribute to the improvement of account processes. Track pipeline, activity, and forecasting through HubSpot.
