MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Active ABIM certification in Endocrinology. Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience as an Endocrinologist. Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to connect with patients virtually. Commitment to evidence-based care. Proficient in EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms. Active, unrestricted state license in Illinois, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Massachusetts, or Connecticut.

Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits. Develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Complete required trainings and adhere to company policies. Promote preventative care and well-being. Maintain accurate patient records. Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week. Manage charting, patient questions, and administrative tasks.
