Requirements:
University degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. At least 3 years in distributor management or similar commercial roles. Proven track record of managing distributor relationships successfully in European/CEE markets. Strong commercial, negotiation, and project management skills. Independent, resilient, and capable of managing multiple markets remotely. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience in product launches. Biosimilars experience is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners. Lead and support new product launches. Negotiate and optimize distributor commercial and marketing plans. Monitor distributor performance and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with internal teams for compliance and issue resolution. Provide market insights. Contribute to regional strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
