Ability to learn and synthesize large amounts of information. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with experimentation and mobile. Served as a consultant for customers. Performed in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities. Experience with LaunchDarkly or other feature management platforms. Worked with services of a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). Worked with Linux, Containers, and Virtual Machines.

Engage with customers consultatively to understand business needs and gather requirements. Lead Professional Services engagements focused on LaunchDarkly adoption. Provide guidance on software development best practices for velocity, risk reduction, and quality. Establish technical partnerships with stakeholders to align platform adoption with business goals. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Maintain subject matter expertise on LaunchDarkly and industry trends. Synthesize customer feedback to inform Product and Engineering teams.
