Senior Product Manager (Derivative Trading Growth & UX)

5+ years of Product Development / Management experience within trading, financial products or FinTech. Bachelors or Masters Degree (Sciences, Engineering preferred). Ability to translate customer needs into business objectives and product requirements. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Derivative trading knowledge is required.

Research competitors and client feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities. Work with engineering teams to optimize product roadmap execution. Regularly launch new products and features, followed by performance assessment and iteration. Oversee and own full delivery from idea generation to execution, collaborating with relevant teams.
