Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing, developing, and architecting Salesforce systems Deep expertise and proven architectural proficiency with both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms Strong hands-on technical skills with declarative automation (Salesforce Flows) Ability to read, tweak, or write code (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components) Proven success owning platform architecture and leading major Salesforce initiatives Advanced understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practices Proficiency with HubSpot or other major marketing automation platforms Demonstrated ability to manage CRM/MAP integrations Familiarity with Clay, Zoominfo, and other adjacent Sales Technology Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
