Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year scheduling experience. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience. Ability to adapt and Multitask. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Obtains schedules from clinicians weekly. Maintains a master schedule. Confirms all employee assignments. Enters patient frequency and duration data into the database. Coordinates employee schedules for productivity. Coordinates caseloads with clinicians for patient assignments. Speaks with patients regarding scheduled visits. Tracks lab results and faxes information to clinicians, MDs, and infusion companies. Contacts staff regarding new patients. Faxes/emails patient information to clinicians. Converts all admits/discharges. Provides support with other office duties.
