Requirements:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Project Manager. Experience working with complex product logic in marketing, fintech, or crypto environments. Strong skills in structuring requirements and writing clear documentation. Experience collaborating closely with development teams. English level B1+ (for documentation and communication).
Responsibilities:
Clarify and formalize requirements for product and marketing-driven features. Prepare and update functional & technical documentation (specifications, flows, BRDs). Decompose tasks together with the tech lead. Define deadlines and monitor delivery. Track development progress and report on status. Communicate with developers, QA, designers, and product managers to keep tasks aligned.
