Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI and Power Query. Strong SQL Server (T-SQL) skills and familiarity with NoSQL/Dataverse concepts. Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python. Experience building custom connectors, Azure Functions, webhooks and REST API integrations. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert (Preferred). Experience with Azure services: Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, App Service (Preferred). Familiarity with DevOps infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep templates) and CI/CD pipelines (Preferred). Prior work in utilities, field-service or remote-operations settings (Preferred).
