Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or related field. 2+ years in project coordination or project management, preferably in IT or software development. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse). Hands-on familiarity with Agile tools (Azure Boards, Jira) and ceremony facilitation. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Stakeholder-management experience.
Responsibilities:
Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for Power Platform solutions. Maintain a groomed backlog and refine user stories. Plan and facilitate sprint ceremonies. Coordinate with the Technical Lead on capacity, tasks, and scope. Track delivery milestones and manage release schedules. Act as the primary contact for operations and business teams. Provide status reports and escalate blockers. Run user-acceptance testing sessions. Translate technical limitations into business-friendly language. Validate engineer estimates. Ensure non-functional requirements are captured and tested. Identify, log, and monitor project risks. Coordinate QA/UAT cycles. Maintain project artifacts. Assist in drafting guides and coordinating end-user training.
