Responsibilities:
Serve as primary client contact for 4-5 accounts Oversee 3-4 outbound campaign launches per project monthly Craft compelling outreach copy and templates Lead weekly client calls and share campaign updates Manage and collaborate with researchers and SDRs Handle 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project per month Track KPIs and achieve 5+ appointments booked per project Contribute to campaign strategy and analysis Maintain CRM (HubSpot) records and generate weekly reports
