Software Engineer II, Backend (Identity Decisioning)

1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer. Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems. Proficient in Python or Kotlin. Familiar with building blocks of distributed systems. Familiar with technologies like AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes. Mastered taking a simple problem or business scenario into a solution that interacts with multiple software components. Comfortable navigating a large code base, debugging others' code, and providing feedback through code reviews. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver in phases. Collaborate with product management, design & analytics. Support operations and availability of team's artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics. Engage in growth and development activities, including participation in the interview process.
