Senior Data Analyst

3+ years of experience in analytics, data insights, or product analytics 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, EMR, or similar) Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools Familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma is a plus Able to turn ambiguous business questions into clear, structured analyses Comfortable partnering with product, engineering, clinical operations, and finance

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, clinical outcomes, operational metrics, and financial performance Collaborate with product and engineering to expose key data in the app, support A/B testing, define and monitor feature success metrics Support strategic research and opportunity analysis, partnering with leaders to answer high-priority business questions
