Build foundational systems for new referral pathways, integrations, and patient experiences. Develop tools and workflows for new partners, channels, or markets to connect into Grow’s platform. Collaborate on new initiatives from idea to launch, translating concepts into working software. Improve platform reliability and performance as new use cases and volumes emerge. Support experimentation and iteration as the team evaluates new opportunities. Shape technical patterns and best practices for a newly formed, fast-moving team.
