Sales Engineer (Developer-Focused)

Ability to translate complex ideas into clear value for technical and non-technical audiences. Enjoy digging into customer workflows and crafting technical solutions. Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and iterate constantly. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Experience in developer tools, data platforms, or AI infrastructure (bonus). Familiarity with REST APIs, web scraping, or LLM-based applications (bonus).

Partner with Sales on technical evaluations and discovery calls. Design and deliver technical walkthroughs and lightweight prototypes. Understand customer use cases and show how Firecrawl solves data problems. Collect and synthesize field insights for product roadmap prioritization. Improve API docs, build sample projects, and contribute to enablement resources. Translate technical pain points into actionable product improvements. Train new hires and partner with marketing on technical collateral.
